Vientiane, March 25th, 2021 – Lao Ford City held yet another highly successful Customer Appreciation Day at the Vientiane Showroom. Attended by 230 customers of all ages, the Customer Appreciation Days (formerly known as Owner Clinics) are designed to forge closer relationships between loyal Ford customers and the Lao Ford City Team.
Customers are provided with a host of useful knowledge regarding their vehicles’ health, diagnostic testing and remedies as well as safe driving and vehicle care tips. Customers get to interact informally with the Ford after sales and management teams and of course with one another. In the Q&A session customers can raise any topics and have their questions, concerns and issues addressed on the spot.
Lao Ford City provide a packed schedule with a good mix of entertainment, activities for the kids, plenty of food and drink and lucky prizes ranging from washing machines and flat screens to Ford gift hampers.
