On 25th July 2022, Lao Ford City Managing Director Mr. Wayne McIntosh together with BBGL (British Business Group Lao) visited the Lao Disable Women Development Center to see first-hand the inspirational work of this non-profit organization. This organization trains disabled women in a variety of fields and builds their confidence and independence, showing people that women with disability can also be of value and can contribute to their family and society. From this visit, the group had a chance to try out the pottery, weaving and upcycling discarded objects or material under the guidance of LDWDC trainers.
