Krabi, Thailand, Feb 2025 –Lao Ford City is announced as one of the winners of the 2024 President’s Award for Net Promoter Score (Customer Experience Index).

The 2024 President’s Award ceremony was held at Ford’s annual APDM Distributor Convention 2025. hosted on 18-21 February 2025 in Krabi, Thailand. The event is part of Ford’s initiative to recognize distributor partners among 24 countries in the Asia-Pacific region. These awards reflect our efforts in providing excellent service and sales to our customers in Laos.

We’re thrilled to announce that Lao Ford City, under RMA Lao, has been honored with 1 prestigious awards from Ford Asia Pacific Distributor Markets (APDM) for its outstanding performance in 2024! Which is The Net Promoter Score Award. 

The Lao Ford City team was commended for their quality products and services, as well as their commitment to “treat customers like family” in line with Ford’s customer service initiatives, which was reflected in their exceptionally high survey scores from customers in overall Net Promoter Score related to the customer experience index. Led by Managing Director Biju Narayanan and Parts & Operation and Sale Manager Thavysok Siriphone, was praised as one of Ford’s most committed distributors in the region who had successfully initiated a range of net promoter score in the market.
