Free unlimited number of towing requests per year.

Towing to the nearest authorized service center regardless of distance, or, towing to another location in which case the first 15 kilometers is free of charge but the client will be liable for a fee of 10,000LAK per kilometer thereafter.

Long-distance towing (longer than 50 kilometers) in which case the call center will work out a cheaper flat fee with the tow service provider, with the prior consent of the client.

Mistakenly Locked” vehicles: If a spare key is located within a 20km radius, Roadside Assistance will organize for the spare key to be collected and brought to the vehicle location. If the distance is beyond 20km, a charge of 10,000LAK per kilometer will apply. Alternatively, the services of a locksmith, if required, may be arranged, but the cost of such services will be the customer’s responsibility.

In case running out of gas, Free of charge, up to 5 litres of fuel to enable the customer to reach the nearest Service Station. Customers can only use this service once per year, on subsequent occasions within the same year, the cost of fuel will be charged to Customer.

Replacement vehicle for temporary use, if required, in the case where client’s vehicle must be towed. The call center will handle the arrangements and the client will be liable for the rental fee and other expenses charged by the rental car provider.
