Importance of Ford Protect: Ford Protect is an Extended Service Plan (ESP), which will cover full vehicle service & maintenance up to 3 years or 70,000km (whichever comes first). This service plan is also fully transferable in case the customer sells the vehicle to another person & will increase the vehicle value comparing to vehicles without having this option in the local market. Ford Protect is a 100% Ford Dealer guaranteed ESP assuring genuine parts & serviced by Ford highly trained technicians.

Customer benefit: All the maintenance & repairs during this period will be fully covered by Ford Motor Company including parts & labor. Customers can avoid highly cost repairs as we cover all the repairs from bumper to bumper, powertrain & driveline, front & rear suspensions, brake system, audio system, A/C system, emission system, safety systems, high-tech system etc. In total of more than 1,000 parts are covered in this service package for 3 years or 70,000km (whichever comes first). Customers can drive the vehicle with peace of mind even when new the vehicle warranty coverage is over.

Repairs not covered under Ford Protect: Any accident damages, broken glasses or mirrors, failures due to misuse, racing, alteration, fire, floods & other casually, internal engine failure caused by using wrong specification Engine oil & any failure due to lack of vehicle maintenance (Should be regularly serviced at Ford Dealership).

Parts not covered under Ford Protect: Bumpers, door seals, body paint, chassis, rear view mirrors, wheel caps, wheel nuts, accessories example: alloy wheels.
