Instantly recognizable, Ford's signature design DNA is reflected in the C-Clamp Headlamps that flank Everest's commanding grille. This is what capability looks like. Its new C-Clamp LED Headlamps provide more light in the surrounding area to help you see what you're doing if working in the vicinity. And another big advantage to these LED headlamps Is that they generate minimal heat, drawing less energy from your battery and saving you more on fuel.
LED Tailamp
LED taillamps set in a full-width design emphasize Everest's increased track. The extra 50mm plants the vehicle on its wheels creating a strong and muscular stance.
Hand-free Power Tailgate
With the hands-free power tailgate access to your Everest is easy, even when your hands are full. Simply kick your foot under the rear bumper and the hands-free power tailgate opens and closes automatically.

With seven seats, there's plenty of room to fit the whole family, or whoever's on board for the ride, in total comfort. Plus, feel confident knowing there are seven airbags to protect everyone in the front and back.
SYNC 4A with Large Center Display
SYNC 4A system and rearview cameras, bringing you a new connected functionality. It's this impressive technology and best-in-class capability that puts Everest in a new light. With the best-in-class 10-inch touchscreen for the low series and 12-inch touchscreen for the high series, the Everest brings a greater excitement to the everyday driver and adventurer.
Apple CarPlay and Android Auto
Apple CarPlay allows drivers to access all the apps and functions that they have stored away on the iPhones while inside their Everest vehicle. The Android Auto interface is available for drivers who own Android phones. This interface performs similar functions to that of Apple's CarPlay and is designed to minimize phone distractions while you're behind the wheel. Both phone-based functions will be paired with SYNC 4A platform. Paired with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, SYNC 4A provides drivers with seamless integration of technology in their car and on their phone.
Electric Parking Brake
The electric parking brake is a simple addition that has some surprising advantages. For instance, it gives you more room in the cabin, it's easier to apply, and you won't have to get the brakes serviced as regularly. To apply the brake, all you must do is use a switch which is either on the center console or to the left-hand side of the steering wheel, on the lower part of the instrument panel.
Front and Rear Climate Control
The system controls the temperature, amount and distribution of the air flow automatically and adjusts them according to the driving and weather conditions. Press the AUTO button to switch auto mode on. The system in your vehicle is dual-zone automatic climate control. When the system is in mono mode, all the temperature zones are linked to the driver's zone. When you switch mono mode off, the dual-zone system allows you to set different temperatures for the driver's and front passenger's side.
Wireless Charging
Avoid the hassle of having to plug in your phone. Quicker, easier and neater than wired charging allows you to recharge a range of devices whilst you are on the move. Place it on the Everest's wireless charging pad and you are good to go.
Ebony & New Praline Interior
Sophisticated, spacious and beautifully crafted with new soft touch finishes, Everest's standard interior color is available in Ebony while a lighter Praline interior color will be available as an option in XLT and Limited series which gives a bespoke opulent feel to the space.
Powerfold Third Row Seats
The Next-Gen Everest flexible sitting allows 50:50 split third row in the seven-seater configuration which can be folded at the touch of a button on high-series models. Importantly, the third-row seats have been designed to fold flat to allow for long loads to be carried safely.

Button Start Intelligent Access Push

Selectable Drive Modes
Helping Next-Gen Everest handle anything from smooth roads to mud and ruts and everything in between are up to six selectable drive modes: Normal, Eco, Tow/Haul and Slippery are intended for on-road use (all models), while Mud/Ruts and Sand modes are available on Trend 4x4 and Titanium+ 4×4 variants, and are intended for off-road use.

Lane Keeping Aid with Driver Alert System
The Lane-Keeping System uses a forward-looking camera to detect if you're unintentionally drifting out of lane. The system then warns you by vibrating the steering wheel and displaying a visual warning. If you're slow to react or don't respond, Lane Keeping Aid can provide steering torque assistance to help guide you safely back into the right lane. The technology is designed for multi-lane roads (like motorways), so will automatically deactivate at speeds below 43mph or can be turned off manually
Autonomous Emergency Brake (AEB)
If a potential collision is detected, an alert sound is emitted, and a warning message displays in the message center. If your response is not sufficient, Automatic Emergency Braking (AEB) will precharge and increase Brake Assist sensitivity to provide full responsiveness when you do brake. If you don't take corrective action and a collision is imminent brakes can apply automatically
Active Park Assist 2.0
For times when you don't want to do it yourself, Active Park Assist 2.0 helps reduce the stress of parking by taking over the steering, shifting, breaking and acceleration to navigate parallel or perpendicular parking spaces with ease. The system also includes Park Out assist, which provides assistance when exiting a parallel parking spot

4x4 System
This 4x4 system utilizes a 2-speed Electronic Shift On the Fly (ESOF) transfer case which is also knows as a part-time" system. It offers the driver 2. 4H, and 4L as available modes of operation. When either 4H or 4L are selected, the system provides mechanically locked four-wheel drive power to both the front and rear axles for use in off-road or slippery conditions such gearing for increased torque multiplication for conditions like deep sand, as deep sand or mud. When 4L is selected, the system provides additional steep grades, or pulling heavy objects
